There are two types of green olives that are produced in Greece,
a)“Halkidiki” type (oval shaped) grown mostly in the region of Halkidiki in Northern Greece. These olives are known for their large sizes.
b)“Amfissa” type (round shaped) grown in Central and Southern Greece and they are relatively small sized olives.

Both varieties are famous all over the world for their bright green colour, the rich taste, the smoothly texture and their fresh herbal aroma.
Can be offered in their natural whole form or can be further processed and be offered as pitted, sliced, cracked or as a base for special stuffing
(red pepper, almond, garlic, etc.).
